Relay
FlowBusiness and Scale

Draw the path of a call,
instead of describing it.

Flow is the visual editor that decides what happens when your number rings. You drop blocks, connect them, publish. The greeting, the hours rule, the keypad menu, who rings and for how long, where the call goes if nobody answers.

One flow per number

Each number has its own path, as a tree. No tangled graph where two branches land in the same place for no clear reason.

Draft, then publish

You edit without breaking anything in production. A counter lists what is wrong and keeps Publish greyed out until nothing is left.

The whole organisation, not just one team

A dial block can ring a member, a number, or the browser app of any team in your organisation.

Seven blocks, and nothing else to learn.

Entry

The starting point. This is where the call lands, and there is only one per flow.

Message

A line read aloud, or your own uploaded audio file. Works as a greeting, a waiting announcement, or an explanation before a menu.

Hours

Open on one side, closed on the other. Holidays are declared separately and close the whole day without touching the regular schedule.

Menu

Press 1 for sales, 2 for support. Each key gets its own branch, and a separate exit covers the caller who presses nothing.

Dial

Ring a member, an outside number, or the team's browser app. You set how long it rings, and where the call goes if nobody picks up.

Voicemail and hang up

The two possible endings. Voicemail records and sends you the transcript; hang up ends cleanly, for instance outside business hours.

From blank page to first routed call

01

Pick the number

The list starts from your numbers. One number, one flow, and the flow's name follows the number's.

02

Drop the blocks

Every free exit shows a plus sign. You click it, choose the next block, and it attaches itself.

03

Publish

As long as a block has no continuation, the counter flags it and Publish stays grey. Once published, the next call follows the new path.

What Flow does not do yet

No queue with hold music, no rule based on the caller's number, no simulator to test a path before publishing, and no voice picker with preview. There is no AI receptionist block either: the receptionist and Flow are mutually exclusive today, and we will not wire it in until it has held a real conversation. These gaps are real, and we would rather name them than let you find them.

Frequently asked questions

On a number covered by a flow, yes: the flow decides, and the team's voice menu, forwarding and hours settings no longer affect THAT number. They still serve the team's other numbers, and the app tells you which ones have no effect, to avoid confusion.
