01Acceptance
By creating an account or using Relay, you accept these terms. If you disagree, do not use the service.
Relay is operated by [COMPANY], headquartered at [ADDRESS], registered under [NUMBER].
02The service
Relay provides a software interface to make/receive calls and send/receive texts from the browser, connecting to YOUR telecom account (Twilio, SignalWire or Telnyx). Relay does not resell minutes or texts: you pay telecom directly to your provider, at its rate.
Relay only charges a software subscription. Telecom costs (minutes, texts, numbers, A2P 10DLC fees) are part of your relationship with your provider.
03Your telecom account
You are responsible for your telecom account, its credentials and its billing. You warrant that you have the necessary rights and authorizations to use it with Relay.
You can revoke Relay’s access at any time from your provider account.
04Acceptable use
You agree to comply with applicable laws, including those on solicitation, consent and call recording. Recording and sending business SMS are subject to obligations (consent, A2P 10DLC in the US) that you must follow.
Any abusive, fraudulent or illegal use may result in account suspension.
05Subscription and payment
Subscriptions (monthly or annual) are handled via Stripe. The price depends on the chosen plan (Free, Essentials, Business, Scale). You can cancel anytime; the subscription stays active until the end of the paid period.
06Liability
Relay is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, [COMPANY] cannot be held liable for telecom provider outages, data loss caused by a third party, or indirect damages.
07Termination
You can delete your account at any time; this triggers the purge of your data in line with our privacy policy.
08Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION]. Any dispute falls under the competent courts of [JURISDICTION].
